Bill's presentation was extremely helpful. We now REALLY understand PPL's priority of not getting fined, which leads them to make maintenance of the transmission lines as easy and cheap as possible.
We, as the landowners, need to be diligent in articulating exactly our expectations of the Land Management, now and for the unforeseen future.
It is unfortunate that the "negotiations" are actually not negotiations at all... PPL imposes these contracts upon the homeowners.
